(3) Consumer reporting agencies. This nonpublic personal information is required to provide services to you, our customer.

TRNITY Cash Express Companies have systems that provide secure retention of all customer records. They protect the security and privacy of all nonpublic personal information by restricting access and following security standards and procedures to protect against unauthorized use.

TRINITY Cash Express does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about their customers to any company that does not have a marketing agreement with them or is not a TRINITY Cash Express Company, except as permitted or required by law. TRINITY Cash Express may disclose nonpublic personal information, as described above, to companies or financial institutions with which they have joint marketing agreements or have been hired by them to perform marketing services.
